As everyone is aware, business costs are on the rise; sugar (recent increase of 40%!), fuel costs, worker’s compensation, insurance and supplies. In the past, we have received notification from manufacturers approximately once a year on price increases. Over the past year, however, manufacturers are taking increases twice, sometimes three times per year and without advance notice. Unfortunately, we are not always told the amount of the increase or the specific items when we receive notification.
We want to keep you posted of increases timely and in an effort to do this, below is a list of manufacturers that have notified us of price increases for the next 4 months. In addition, we will post and update the list below regularly. |
